Questions
How am I billed?+
If your store is on Shopify, Shopify bills you: the plan is added to your normal Shopify bill, in US dollars. Not on Shopify? Book a demo and we’ll set you up.
What counts as a return?+
Each return or exchange request in a calendar month — sent by a customer, or filed by your team for one. A request with several items counts once.
What happens when I reach my limit?+
We warn you at 80%. At 100%, your returns page pauses new requests until the next month; requests already sent carry on as normal. Upgrade any time and it opens again straight away.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, any time, from Billing in your dashboard. On Shopify, the change happens on Shopify’s own plan page.
Is there a free trial?+
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. The Free plan is free for as long as you like.
Why US dollars?+
Shopify bills apps in US dollars. The amount in pounds is only a guide, at today’s exchange rate.
